One day in June 2014 the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited Mangyongdae Revolutionary School and looked round the newly-built gymnasium. That day as he gave precious instructions on how to create the exterior design and carry out the construction of the gymnasium properly, he cast his eyes on the floor of the entrance hall covered with linoleum. After a while, he looked around the officials and said that the floor was covered in this way wherever he visited and that it could be covered with stone or brick-pattern tiles according to the purposes of the buildings. And then he said that the floor should be covered with stone or brick-pattern tiles so that the students could sit and play in any place. The students now wear military uniforms, but they are mischievous children and so everything should be done for them at the highest level, he told the officials gently. After his visit, the floor of the entrance hall was rebuilt.
