One year the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the sci-tech learning space of Sinpho Deep Sea Fishing Complex. Looking round the interior of the learning space, he stressed that the development of the country depends on the scientific and technological development and that scientific and technological research work should involve everybody as well as scientists and technicians. Despite being aware of the importance of science and technology, the officials of the complex were too satisfied with the newly-built facility to make every effort to actively run it yet, regarding scientific and technological research as the responsibilities of particular scientists and technicians concerned. Correcting their mistaken notion, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said that everybody should be well-versed in modern science and technology and solve problems on its strength, adding that to this end everybody should learn hard, enrolled in the study-while-you-work system, and all units should build well and operate regularly sci-tech dissemination bases.
